Terms for using the public website and its informational material.
The website and its material
These terms cover your use of the Alderframe Systems public website. They explain the status of its service descriptions, engineering notes, interactive demonstrations and contact information. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website.
The site describes our software development services and how to discuss a project. It does not itself provide a software license, a project commitment, a support agreement or professional advice tailored to your systems. An inquiry, a visit or a discussion through the published contact details does not establish a client relationship.
Separate engagement terms
Any software work requires a separate written agreement defining scope, responsibilities, fees, access, delivery, acceptance, intellectual property and any continuing support. Website text does not replace that agreement. Where a signed engagement agreement applies to particular work, its terms govern that work.
Descriptions of an approach or possible deliverable should be read in their stated context. They are not promises of a particular result, a guaranteed completion date or compatibility with every application. Specific requirements must be evaluated for the actual project.
Examples and interactive material
The order reconciliation example uses fictional records to illustrate quantity differences, missing references and invoice checks. It is not a live customer system or evidence of measured client results. Engineering notes discuss general issues and should not be treated as instructions to make unreviewed changes to production systems.
Before applying an idea, assess your own environment, permissions, dependencies and appropriate testing. Do not use an illustrative workflow as a substitute for understanding legal, financial, operational or security obligations that may apply to your business.
Acceptable use
You may browse the public pages and follow ordinary links for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, distribute malicious content through contact channels, impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to share. Automated access must respect applicable law and reasonable technical restrictions.
Do not send passwords, payment information or private customer data in an initial inquiry. If a project requires confidential material, the exchange method and relevant obligations should be agreed first.
Ownership and links
Brand artwork, original text and website design are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may refer to or link to the public material, but these terms do not grant a right to reproduce the brand as your own, redistribute the site or imply endorsement. Third-party components and fonts retain their respective licenses.
External links are provided for context or convenience. They do not mean that Alderframe Systems controls or endorses every aspect of the linked service. The external provider's terms and privacy practices apply when you use its service.

We aim to keep public information useful and current, but the website may change, become unavailable or contain an error. Use email to arrange a meeting or confirm delivery details.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes a right, remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates and contact
We may update these website terms as the site or services change. The effective date above identifies the published version. A change to website terms does not silently amend a separately signed engagement agreement.
