Cookies and browser storage
The browser storage used on this website, how long it remains and how to remove it.
What is currently used
The public Alderframe Systems pages do not set advertising cookies, social tracking pixels or optional audience analytics. The site saves an acknowledgement in local storage when you dismiss the browser-storage notice or close its information panel with Close and remember. Local storage is a browser storage mechanism; it is not an HTTP cookie sent automatically with every request.
The stored entry is named privacy-choice. Its content records that the storage notice was acknowledged and the time it was saved. This lets the site remember the acknowledgement in the same browser. It does not give us a history of pages you visited elsewhere.
What the notice does
The Understood button dismisses the storage notice and records that acknowledgement in this browser. It does not enable an analytics service, advertising network or other optional feature.
Browser storage in the footer opens an explanation of the entry. Close and remember records the acknowledgement if it has not already been saved. The website remains readable when local storage is blocked; the notice can appear again because the browser cannot retain the entry.
If the website changes
An acknowledgement of this notice is not permission to install a later tracking tool. If we add optional tracking, we will update this policy to describe the tools and provide any consent controls required before they run.
How long the choice remains
The entry stays in that browser's local storage until it is removed by you or cleared by browser behavior. It does not have an automatic expiry date like a time-limited cookie. Different browsers, devices and private browsing sessions may have separate storage, so a choice made in one does not necessarily apply to another.
Use Browser storage in the footer to reopen the information panel. To remove the saved entry entirely, use your browser's controls for site data or local storage. Clearing it will not delete inquiry emails already sent through your own email application.
Hosting and third-party destinations
The site is hosted on Vercel. Technical handling of requests, security and infrastructure may occur at the hosting layer; see our privacy notice for the role of technical request information. The site does not use visitor accounts, a shopping cart or a third-party booking widget.
Fonts are hosted with the site. An email link opens your chosen email application. Other external links take you to the named provider’s website. Those services have their own settings and notices.

Do not include private browsing history or authentication information. We will review the report and correct the implementation or notice as appropriate.
