This notice concerns the public Alderframe Systems website and inquiries made through its published contact details. It does not describe the handling of information inside a client's applications or an agreed software project. The public site does not offer visitor accounts, payment collection or a contact submission form. We do not place advertising pixels or optional audience analytics on these pages. Fonts and the visual assets used by the site are served with the website rather than loaded from a third-party font service.

If you email or call the published contact details, you choose what to share. An inquiry may contain your name, business contact details, organization, the process you want to discuss and the content of subsequent correspondence. The email and telephone providers involved in a communication may also process its contents and technical details to deliver it.
We use correspondence to understand the inquiry, reply, consider a potential engagement and keep appropriate business records. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship.
