Write the starting condition and expected result for each case. Keep the destination reference or other evidence needed to verify what happened.

Ask the operator to try recovery
The person running the connection should find a failed record and follow the recovery instructions using their own permissions. Also check monitoring, what happens after a failed refresh and how processing switches to the new connection.
Decide who can pause processing and how queued work will be handled. Add the cases specific to your business before using the sheet.
