Can the destination accept an amendment? How does it recognize an existing order? Are exports complete snapshots or changes? Vendor restrictions and missing references can affect the design as much as the API itself.
You receive a proposed technical approach, a suggested scope for the first release and the questions still requiring an answer. Configuration changes or existing features are included when they are viable alternatives.
